Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in banquet or catering kitchen environments
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and manage kitchen duties
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the culinary preparation and execution for all banquet and large-scale dining events as the Banquet Chef
