Job Requirements

  • Several years of culinary experience in banquet or high-volume kitchen settings
  • Proven knowledge of Italian cuisine and banquet culinary techniques
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing kitchen staff

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the culinary preparation and execution for all banquet and large-scale dining events as the Banquet Chef
  • Meticulously prepare and present traditional Italian dishes in accordance with Olive Garden's high-quality standards
  • Ensure all kitchen operations strictly adhere to stringent sanitation and food safety guidelines
  • Contribute to a team environment that prioritizes a sense of kinship and mutual support
  • Assist in continuous training and development of kitchen staff members
