Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous chef experience
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Dependable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food items for banquet events
  • Manage food production to meet demand and maintain standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and execution
  • Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Train and support kitchen staff as needed
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
