Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous chef experience
- Ability to read and speak English
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Dependable transportation

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items for banquet events
- Manage food production to meet demand and maintain standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu planning and execution
- Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Train and support kitchen staff as needed
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
