Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of banquet kitchen experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software

- Proven supervisory experience in culinary or banquet operations
- Proficient in company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software

- Ability to work effectively under high-pressure situations maintaining composure
- Adept at analyzing complex information including financial data
- Excellent listener capable of resolving coworker and guest concerns
Job Duties
- Prepare banquet dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in food cost management and minimize waste
- Coach, train, and mentor kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence
- Comply with all safety and health regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan menus and kitchen operations
- Greet guests and team members with warmth and professionalism
