Job Requirements

  • minimum three years of progressive banquet kitchen experience in a hotel or related field
  • supervisory experience required
  • proficiency in company-approved spreadsheet and word processing software
  • valid state driver’s license
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure
  • good analytical ability with financial data and basic math
  • excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
