Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisor responsibility is required
  • Must have knowledge of culinary preparation techniques
  • Must understand health department rules and regulations
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to consistently lift, pull and push moderate weight
  • Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests
  • Friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

Job Duties

  • Oversee all banquet food production
  • Support Executive Chef in managing culinary team
  • Create fresh and authentic culinary offerings using local and sustainable ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Motivate and inspire culinary staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless banquet service
  • Monitor food quality and presentation
