Job Requirements
- Previous supervisor responsibility is required
- Must have knowledge of culinary preparation techniques
- Must understand health department rules and regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests
- Friendly, courteous and service oriented manner

- Experience in banquet or large-scale food production

Job Duties
- Oversee all banquet food production
- Support Executive Chef in managing culinary team
- Create fresh and authentic culinary offerings using local and sustainable ingredients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Motivate and inspire culinary staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless banquet service
- Monitor food quality and presentation
