Job Duties
- Able to do orders and use a computer
- perform end of month inventory
- assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
- responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment
- prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
- ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items
- accommodate customer requests in a timely manner
