- manage and lead a team of FOH and BOH staff
- cater to each and every guest in a professional manor
- scheduling, employee relations and management of the guest relations
- handle guest requests personally with sincerity

- minimum of 2 years work experience

- knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
