Job Requirements

- Experience supervising staff in fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Availability to work 20 to 30 hours per week
- Willingness to work late-night shifts when required
