Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant, catering, or banquet/event management
  • Experience supervising staff in fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
  • Availability to work 20 to 30 hours per week
  • Willingness to work late-night shifts when required
