Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Minimum one year banquet captain experience
  • Serve Safe and Tips certification
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • A thorough understanding of banquet service
  • Minimum of one year hotel banquet captain experience
  • Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve Safe and Tips certification
  • Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach banquet servers to ensure high service standards
  • Set up banquet rooms including linen, table settings, and food stations
  • Oversee beverage service during events
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of banquet areas
  • Conduct room refreshes and general banquet preparations
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ensure compliance with Serve Safe and Tips certifications
