Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum one year banquet captain experience
- Serve Safe and Tips certification
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- A thorough understanding of banquet service
- Minimum of one year hotel banquet captain experience
- Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Serve Safe and Tips certification
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
Job Duties
- Lead and coach banquet servers to ensure high service standards
- Set up banquet rooms including linen, table settings, and food stations
- Oversee beverage service during events
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of banquet areas
- Conduct room refreshes and general banquet preparations
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ensure compliance with Serve Safe and Tips certifications
