Job Requirements
- Minimum one year banquet attendant or server experience
- Possession of Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds and standing for long durations
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver's license if required

- Lead and coordinate the team of banquet servers
- Ensure flawless execution of banquet events
- Communicate effectively with event planners and culinary staff
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
- Manage setup and breakdown of banquet areas
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain compliance with food safety and service standards
