  • One year banquet attendant/server experience
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license where applicable

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate banquet servers during events
  • Ensure all banquet events are executed flawlessly and to high standards
  • Work closely with event planners and culinary teams to oversee event details
  • Manage guest service and address any issues promptly
  • Assist in training and motivating banquet staff
  • Monitor banquet service quality and compliance with standards
  • Maintain organized event setups and breakdowns
