- One year banquet attendant/server experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license where applicable

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate banquet servers during events
- Ensure all banquet events are executed flawlessly and to high standards
- Work closely with event planners and culinary teams to oversee event details
- Manage guest service and address any issues promptly
- Assist in training and motivating banquet staff
- Monitor banquet service quality and compliance with standards
- Maintain organized event setups and breakdowns
