Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to three years related experience preferred
- Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Current Food Handlers Card
- TIPS Certification
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to achieve high work standards with attention to detail and timeliness
- Demonstrated initiative and independent decision-making skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals
- Ensure superior standards of food service and quality are met or exceeded
- Collaborate with Assistant F&B Manager to align banquet staff vision and planning
- Supervise and coach banquet staff according to policies and procedures
- Support hiring process as requested
- Maintain effective communication regarding operations, safety, and employee concerns
- Manage banquet staff during events and assist Food & Beverage managers
- Assist in monthly inventories when applicable
- Perform additional duties as assigned
