Job Duties

  • Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with the Banquet Manager, F&B Director, and Kitchen Manager to meet event requirements and specifications
  • Supervise banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Ensure all banquet areas are prepared according to event plans and safety standards
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff to uphold service standards
  • Monitor and manage event timelines, ensuring timely execution from start to finish
