Job Duties
- Lead and supervise banquet team members during events, ensuring service flows effortlessly
- coordinate with culinary, bar, and event planning teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- oversee room setup, décor, and breakdown according to event specifications
- conduct pre-shift meetings to review timelines, service standards, and guest expectations
- monitor food and beverage presentation to ensure quality and consistency
- address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly with positivity and professionalism
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout each event
- inspire the team to deliver service with genuine island hospitality
