Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise banquet team members during events, ensuring service flows effortlessly
  • coordinate with culinary, bar, and event planning teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • oversee room setup, décor, and breakdown according to event specifications
  • conduct pre-shift meetings to review timelines, service standards, and guest expectations
  • monitor food and beverage presentation to ensure quality and consistency
  • address guest needs and resolve concerns promptly with positivity and professionalism
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout each event
  • inspire the team to deliver service with genuine island hospitality
