Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in banquet or food and beverage service
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling money
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in banquet or food and beverage service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Respond to guests needs in a timely manner
- Communicate problems or issues to Banquet Manager, Banquet Supervisor, or Food and Beverage Manager
- Assist Banquet Manager, Supervisor, and F&B Manager with creation of banquet work schedule and wage progress reports
- Inspect setup of meeting and banquet functions, checking against Banquet Event Order
- Act as liaison between Sales/Catering Manager and in-house banquet or meeting contact
- Perform preparatory tasks and side-work duties to ensure efficient guest service
- Serve guests according to hotel standards in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
