Job Requirements

- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as necessary with or without accommodations
- Previous banquet serving experience preferred
- Previous banquet setup experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the team in executing seamless banquet events from setup to breakdown
- Supervise banquet staff during events and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate event logistics including timing, staffing, and client communications
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during functions
- Report to the Banquet Manager and provide regular updates on event progress
- Ensure every detail of the banquet meets client expectations
- Assist in training and mentoring banquet staff as needed
