Job Duties
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, F&B Director for performance of hourly banquet food and beverage servers
- act as personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
- provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
- coordinate all aspects of room and facilities setup including audio/visual and food and beverage
- ensure efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, division standards maintenance and profit maximization
- perform various other duties as assigned
