  • minimum of one year in hotel customer service role
  • food safety certification preferred
  • alcohol awareness certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, F&B Director for performance of hourly banquet food and beverage servers
  • act as personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
  • provide ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
  • coordinate all aspects of room and facilities setup including audio/visual and food and beverage
  • ensure efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, division standards maintenance and profit maximization
  • perform various other duties as assigned
