Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No minimum educational requirement
- Previous experience in similar or related position required
- Combination of education and hospitality experience considered
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in banquet captain or similar position
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or hotel environment preferred
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate events
- Customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of event setup and breakdown procedures
Job Duties
- Lead the team in executing seamless events from setup to breakdown
- Coordinate service staff and manage event timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact during functions
- Supervise banquet staff and coordinate event logistics
- Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Report to the Banquet Manager
- Ensure every detail meets client expectations
