- Food safety certification preferred

Job Duties
- Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager, Executive Chef, F&B Director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests
- Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff
- Coordinate all aspect of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F&B to achieve guest satisfaction, maintain division standards and profit maximization
- Perform various other duties as assigned
