Job Requirements
- At least two years server experience
- Some cash handling experience
- Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers certification prior to beginning work
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to remain on feet standing or walking for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers tactfully and patiently
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- At least two years server experience
- Some cash handling experience
- CPR certification and first aid training preferred
- Must obtain TABC and Food Handlers certification prior to beginning work
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Oversee banquet event execution according to BEOs
- Lead and support banquet servers and housemen during setup, service, and breakdown
- Conduct pre-shift meetings with banquet staff
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Enforce safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with management and address guest concerns promptly
