Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of banquet service experience or food and beverage supervisory experience
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
- Commitment to maintaining high service standards and professionalism throughout shifts
- Ability to respond effectively to emergency and safety situations
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Fluent English (written, spoken and reading)
- Experienced in all aspects of banquet service
- Minimum 2 years banquet experience and/or food and beverage management/supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Oversee the set-up of functions including checking of the physical layout of the room, providing the servers with the proper set-up information, and posting updated function sheets in the Banquet kitchen
- Oversee the service of the function assigned by the Banquet Manager to ensure the success of the function and staff adherence to all service rules
- Meet individual hosts and make himself/herself accessible to the host for any need that may arise
- Properly close all banquet checks and complete the Captain's log book at the completion of the function
- Oversee the clean-up of all functions and ensuring the proper removal and storage of hotel linen and skirting
- Report all incidents to the Banquet Manager
- Prepare and post daily room assignments for servers including specific times for set-up and service
- Oversee proper clean up, handling and storage of all props and specialty china
- Assist the Banquet Manager in the annual performance evaluation of the banquet servers
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
- Ensure the proper care, security and maintenance of hotel equipment through proper supervision of service personnel
- Constantly monitor the staff's appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism to ensure their strict adherence to Four Seasons' standards of quality service
