Job Duties

  • Responsible for collecting all necessary information to build out, communicate, and execute a successful event
  • Attending walkthroughs with clients and planners
  • Completing and posting tentative and final Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) by designated deadlines
  • Facilitating planning and BEO meetings to ensure clear communication between all property departments
  • Managing vendor relationships including collecting vendor lists and guideline forms
  • Overseeing product receiving and organization in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Ensuring proper staffing and attire for event teams
  • Overseeing event setup, breakdown, and service including handling cash drawers and receipts
  • Conducting post-event recaps and communicating outcomes to relevant teams
