Job Requirements

  • One year banquet attendant or server experience
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of banquet attendant or server experience
  • Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
  • Basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the team of banquet servers during events
  • Ensure flawless execution of banquet events to the highest standards
  • Collaborate with event planners and culinary teams to align on event details
  • Oversee event setup and service flow
  • Maintain clear communication with staff and guests throughout events
  • Manage problem-solving and ensure guest satisfaction during events
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food and beverage service standards
