Job Requirements
- One year banquet attendant or server experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of banquet attendant or server experience
- Food and Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the team of banquet servers during events
- Ensure flawless execution of banquet events to the highest standards
- Collaborate with event planners and culinary teams to align on event details
- Oversee event setup and service flow
- Maintain clear communication with staff and guests throughout events
- Manage problem-solving and ensure guest satisfaction during events
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food and beverage service standards
