Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of banquet or catering leadership experience
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • ability to work flexible, on-call hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • valid food handler and TAM Card certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise, guide, and support banquet staff during setup, service, and breakdown of events
  • review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure all event details are properly executed
  • coordinate with culinary and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely service
  • serve as the primary point of contact for the host during events, ensuring satisfaction throughout
  • lead pre-event meetings to review service standards, assignments, and timelines
  • monitor service flow and adjust staffing or pacing as needed to maintain quality
  • ensure all service staff uphold the club's hospitality standards and professional appearance
  • handle guest or member concerns promptly and graciously
  • maintain organization and cleanliness of banquet areas and storage
  • communicate post-event feedback and assist in continuous improvement efforts
