Job Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, analyze, and interpret training manuals, professional journals, or technical procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from children, managers, associates, members, and the public
- Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Food safety certification
- Alcohol beverage consumption training

Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Food service industry experience preferred
- Food safety certified
- Alcohol beverage consumption training required

Job Duties
- Ensuring excellent guest service that meets or exceeds expectations
- Ensuring that the restaurant is adequately staffed to meet member needs
- Assists management with the onboarding and training of new employees
- Give guidance on planning, assigning, and directing work
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Supervises shifts in the absence of management, including daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
- Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs for banquet events
- Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking
- Maintain proper dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
- Active participation in events, programs, meetings, and training
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
- Work varied schedule with weekend and holiday hours
