Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- No minimum educational requirement
- Hospitality experience or combination of education and experience considered
Job Qualifications
- Previous banquet experience in a similar position preferred
- Previous restaurant experience in a related role required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read product labels and communicate effectively
Job Duties
- Lead the banquet team during events to ensure flawless execution
- Supervise banquet staff and coordinate their activities
- Manage event logistics including setup and breakdown
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during functions
- Report to the Banquet Manager
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during events
- Assist with training new banquet staff
