Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A warm, professional demeanor reflecting company culture
  • No minimum educational requirement
  • Hospitality experience or combination of education and experience considered

Job Qualifications

  • Previous banquet experience in a similar position preferred
  • Previous restaurant experience in a related role required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read product labels and communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Lead the banquet team during events to ensure flawless execution
  • Supervise banquet staff and coordinate their activities
  • Manage event logistics including setup and breakdown
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during functions
  • Report to the Banquet Manager
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during events
  • Assist with training new banquet staff
