Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
  • Previous experience using computerized point of sale system
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
  • Ability to work in a moderate to high noise level environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
  • Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required
  • Previous experience using computerized point of sale system required

Job Duties

  • Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items
  • Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions
  • Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available
  • Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests
  • Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift
