Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bar or catering service
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bar service or hospitality
- Ability to prepare a wide range of beverages
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage preparation
Job Duties
- Work with various hotel Associates in Food and Beverage and Catering to ensure bar service for events is correct and up to standards of quality
- Set up portable bar with the appropriate items such as garnishes, glasses, ice, all liquor requested for function, mixes, straws, napkins, etc
- Maintain bar supplies throughout the function
- Make really great beverages
- Use POS system to ring bar purchases for guests' drinks
