Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards
- Must be able to obtain any required certification or permits for alcohol service

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during banquet events
- Offer customized drink recommendations tailored to guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area and equipment
- Ensure compliance with state and local serving guidelines
- Engage with guests to provide attentive and friendly service
- Monitor and restock bar inventory as needed
- Collaborate with banquet and event staff to ensure smooth beverage service
