Job Requirements
- Must have knowledge of a variety of alcoholic beverages and complete food and beverage menus
- must ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards and local laws
- able to check identification for proof of age
- must be willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities
- Serve Safe certified
- unexpired TIPs required
Job Qualifications
- Hands-on food and beverage knowledge
- comprehensive working knowledge of the hospitality business
- strong knowledge of mixology, beverage garnishes, and overall beverage service including liquor, beer, and wine
- highly developed customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Serve Safe certified
- valid and unexpired TIPs certification
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve drinks according to cocktail and beverage menus
- ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation standards and local laws
- check identification for proof of age when required
- respond to guests' requests promptly and accurately
- maintain high-quality bar service, food and beverage presentation
- perform accurate point of sale and cash/credit handling
- attend all required department trainings and meetings
