Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computational ability
- Must have a strong knowledge of drink preparation and applicable health standards
- Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated patrons
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be legally allowed to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards
- Prepare and serve drinks following policies and procedures, proper food handling and serving techniques, alcohol awareness, and federal, state and local regulations
- Maintain a clean bar including proper removal of trash, empty glasses, etc
- Ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during and after shift
- Perform assigned side-work to include opening and closing inventory of spirits
- Assist servers and managers as necessary
