Job Requirements
- Current food handler's card
- RBS training required
- Must be at least the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- One year experience in foodservice or hospitality industry as a bartender preferred
- Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to work weekends including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be available to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Job Duties
- Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation
- Service the bar area and the restaurant efficiently and timely
- Engage with guests regarding their beverage needs and satisfaction to ensure high-quality service
- Be knowledgeable about the drink offerings and standard cocktails to assist guests with their preferences
- Comply with Stanly Ranch and Auberge Collection standards in bar and restaurant outlets
- Contribute to improving food and beverage sales through beverage knowledge and upselling
- Accurately take and place orders using the Micros system ensuring correct timing and billing
- Prepare guest checks accurately and collect payments or signatures as required
- Operate, maintain, and clean all bar equipment and fittings effectively
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times
- Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
