Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- current Food Handler's Card
- completion of RBS training
- minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- at least one year experience in bartending preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure
- flexible schedule with weekend availability
- strong knowledge of beverages and cocktails

Job Duties
- Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation
- service bar and restaurant areas efficiently and timely
- engage with guests to understand and satisfy drink preferences
- maintain knowledge of menu and standard drinks to guide guests
- comply with Bishop's Lodge and Forbes standards
- contribute to increasing F&B sales by promoting drinks, cocktails, spirits, specials, and menu items
- accurately take and process orders using Micros system
- prepare guest checks and handle payments
- operate, maintain and clean all bar equipment
- ensure bar is well-stocked
- follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
