Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a banquet or event bartender
  • Ability to prepare a variety of cocktails and beverages accurately
  • Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible serving practices
  • Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Commitment to maintaining personal grooming and uniform standards
  • Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain current knowledge of cocktail trends, wine lists, and event-specific offerings
  • Attend pre-event briefings to confirm beverage service timelines, bar layouts, and signature cocktail specifications
  • Set up and stock the bar with precision, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
  • Greet guests warmly while delivering confident and professional beverage service
  • Monitor bar cleanliness, inventory, and safety during events
  • Collaborate with captains, managers, and bar porters to maintain seamless service flow
  • Operate InfoGenesis POS screens for cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Uphold personal grooming and uniform standards
  • Verify IDs and comply with all alcohol service laws
  • Break down and clean bar stations post-event
  • Work with banquet staff to ensure successful event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
