Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a banquet or event bartender
- Ability to prepare a variety of cocktails and beverages accurately
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible serving practices
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Commitment to maintaining personal grooming and uniform standards
- Must be 21 years or older

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of cocktail trends, wine lists, and event-specific offerings
- Attend pre-event briefings to confirm beverage service timelines, bar layouts, and signature cocktail specifications
- Set up and stock the bar with precision, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Greet guests warmly while delivering confident and professional beverage service
- Monitor bar cleanliness, inventory, and safety during events
- Collaborate with captains, managers, and bar porters to maintain seamless service flow
- Operate InfoGenesis POS screens for cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Uphold personal grooming and uniform standards
- Verify IDs and comply with all alcohol service laws
- Break down and clean bar stations post-event
- Work with banquet staff to ensure successful event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
