Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of related education, training or experience
  • Knowledge of drink mixing and serving techniques
  • Familiarity with bar equipment operation
  • Understanding of liquor laws and regulations
  • Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Operate computerized Point of Sale system accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Adhere to liquor laws and regulations
  • Handle cash transactions according to standard procedures
