Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a banquet or event setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including kegs, bottles, and bar equipment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • TIPS/RBS certification or similar alcohol service certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a banquet or event setting
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixing techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing event requirements
  • TIPS/RBS certification or similar alcohol service certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guest requests and hotel standards
  • Create a variety of classic cocktails, wine pairings, and customized drinks as requested by guests
  • Ensure that all beverages are served promptly, with attention to presentation and guest preferences
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring all requests are met promptly and professionally
  • Engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner, offering recommendations or information about available drink options
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution while maintaining a positive guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain bar inventory, ensuring that all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and supplies are stocked for the event
