Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a banquet or event setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, including kegs, bottles, and bar equipment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- TIPS/RBS certification or similar alcohol service certification preferred

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing event requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guest requests and hotel standards
- Create a variety of classic cocktails, wine pairings, and customized drinks as requested by guests
- Ensure that all beverages are served promptly, with attention to presentation and guest preferences
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring all requests are met promptly and professionally
- Engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner, offering recommendations or information about available drink options
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick and effective resolution while maintaining a positive guest experience
- Monitor and maintain bar inventory, ensuring that all necessary ingredients, garnishes, and supplies are stocked for the event
