Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass bar training and validation process
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of similar experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Must wear approved manufacturer certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes at all times
- Must be able to operate point of sale (POS) systems
- Must be able to card guests who appear under the age of 30
- Adherence to all company alcohol and safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to pass bar training and validation process
- High school or 1 year similar experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate English
Job Duties
- Possess a wide range of drink recipes and be able to mix drinks accurately, quickly, and without waste
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other beverages
- Serve drinks and food to bar guests
- Observe guests to respond to their needs and ensure total guest satisfaction by serving all items in a friendly and timely manner
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication of guests and handling an intoxicated guest
- Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classes
- Stock and prepare garnishes for drinks
