Job Requirements
- RAMPS certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
- availability for morning, nights, weekends, and holidays including mandatory special events
- strong interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Past professional bartending experience
- knowledge of common drinks recipes memorized
- sufficient knowledge of mixology, beverage service, and basic sanitation
- strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- mathematical skills
Job Duties
- Read and understand all particulars of banquet event orders and beverage daily assignments
- set up and breakdown of all bar supplies for event based on banquet event orders
- maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests, members, and co-workers
- adhere to league uniform and grooming standards
- ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete at the end of each shift
- ensure that all chits are complete and accurate at the end of each shift
- ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and well stocked
- expediently communicate any challenges, guest complaints or requests to supervisor
- observe all safety procedures during the execution of assigned duties
- perform all other duties as assigned
