Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older per state and local laws for serving alcoholic beverages
- previous beverage service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
- flexible schedule to meet business needs
- detail-oriented individual able to maintain a clean and safe environment
- ability to maintain a composed, approachable and professional attitude
- ability to lift regularly up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to maintain accurate points of sale using various cash handling systems

Job Duties
- Verify patrons are of legal drinking age by checking identification according to state and local laws
- prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly throughout shifts
- enter orders into bar POS system, collect payments, and balance cash drawer
- maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance and bar area at all times
