Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older per state and local laws for serving alcoholic beverages
  • previous beverage service experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • flexible schedule to meet business needs
  • detail-oriented individual able to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • ability to maintain a composed, approachable and professional attitude
  • ability to lift regularly up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to maintain accurate points of sale using various cash handling systems

Job Duties

  • Verify patrons are of legal drinking age by checking identification according to state and local laws
  • prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies regularly throughout shifts
  • enter orders into bar POS system, collect payments, and balance cash drawer
  • maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance and bar area at all times
