Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of bartending experience, preferably in banquet or event settings
- Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws and regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Set up and break down the bar area according to banquet event orders
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings, including specialty cocktails
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with legal and company guidelines
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the event
- Restock supplies and assist in inventory control
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with banquet servers, kitchen staff, and event coordinators
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience
