Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to uphold HVMG's Culture of Excellence
- Previous hospitality or banquet experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- No educational minimum is required
- Previous experience in a similar or related position
- Combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered
- Special certifications such as bartender training are a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and warm demeanor
Job Duties
- Play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests at special events and functions
- Mix and serve beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Report to the Banquet Manager
- Contribute to the overall success of events
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
