Job Requirements

Minimum legal drinking age of 21
Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Knowledge of alcohol safety and compliance regulations
Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

Minimum legal age of 21 to serve alcohol
Proficiency in mixology and cocktail crafting within specialized bar environments
Ability to stand continuously for up to eight hours
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

Welcome clients promptly upon arrival
Plan and prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Establish positive relationships with customers while managing their orders and delivering snacks and beverages
Analyze client preferences to make expert drink recommendations
Verify customer IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
Follow established food and beverage regulations consistently
Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and return correct change
Manage bar operations including ordering and maintaining alcohol and bar supplies
