Job Requirements

  • Minimum legal drinking age of 21
  • Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of alcohol safety and compliance regulations
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, and squat for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum legal age of 21 to serve alcohol
  • Proficiency in mixology and cocktail crafting within specialized bar environments
  • Ability to stand continuously for up to eight hours
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Welcome clients promptly upon arrival
  • Plan and prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Establish positive relationships with customers while managing their orders and delivering snacks and beverages
  • Analyze client preferences to make expert drink recommendations
  • Verify customer IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
  • Follow established food and beverage regulations consistently
  • Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and return correct change
  • Manage bar operations including ordering and maintaining alcohol and bar supplies
