Job Duties
- Fill drink orders for guests
- answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- demonstrate working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- operate all bar equipment properly
- maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
- monitor alcohol intake of guests
- ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
