Job Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years old to legally serve alcohol
  • Have experience and proficiency in preparing a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to stand for long periods, up to eight hours continuously
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting and squatting
  • Knowledge of cash handling and bar inventory management

Job Qualifications

  • To serve alcohol, the legal age requirement is a minimum of 21 years old
  • Your proficiency extends to alcohol and the art of crafting unique cocktails in specialized bar settings
  • Up to eight hours of continuous standing is within your capacity
  • Adept communication with guests and fellow team members is crucial for maintaining positive relationships and productivity
  • You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • This role emphasizes the creation of a friendly setting through timely customer greetings, order-taking, and the provision of well-informed drink suggestions to suit individual tastes
  • The Banquet Bartender will be tasked with upholding compliance with all food and beverage regulations, including the verification of legal drinking age requirements
  • Responsibilities also include managing cash transactions, overseeing bar inventory, and effectively supervising daily bar operations
  • Extend a prompt welcome to clients when they arrive at the location
  • Plan for a copious amount of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Foster a positive rapport with customers, manage their orders, and deliver a range of snacks and beverages
  • Analyze the requirements and preferences of clients to make expert recommendations
  • Ensure that customers' IDs are in accordance with the necessary legal age for consuming alcoholic beverages
  • Abide by the established requirements for food and drink
  • Manage cash registers, receive funds from clients, and give back change accurately as part of the payment process
  • Handle the running of the bar, which includes the ordering and preservation of alcohol and bar necessities
  • Working hours may be subject to change and could involve shifts during evenings, nights, and weekends
