Job Duties
- Demonstrate excellent public and customer relations skills at all times, proactively greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- dispense alcoholic beverages responsibly and manage service to prevent over-intoxication, ensuring full compliance with liquor laws, hotel policies, and company regulations
- prepare and charge for drink orders accurately and efficiently, following established procedures for each order
- adhere to all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects of beverage service
- perform side duties such as cleaning, garnish preparation, stocking, and miscellaneous tasks to maintain a well-organized bar area
- wash and sanitize glasses and utensils to meet health and safety standards
- ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to the designated closing time to comply with company policies
- take on additional duties as assigned, ensuring flexibility and a team-oriented approach
- if acting in a lead capacity, take responsibility for supervising assigned employees in the absence of the supervisor
- assign tasks and ensure proper performance of team members to maintain service quality
- perform other duties as assigned by the leader
