Job Duties

attend pre-function meeting to learn function particulars including guest and club expectations
responsible for setting up bar at start of shift including product out, set up garnish tray, check and stock all products, stock glassware, and fill ice bin
consistently check area for cleanliness and ensure that all necessary items are in place
possess clear knowledge of all liquors, beer and wines that the club has available
accurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely fashion
