Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler's certification within two weeks of employment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work at any food and beverage outlet when required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Two years of previous supervisory experience in a banquet or catering environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first attitude
- Familiarity with food handler certification and alcohol server training requirements
Job Duties
- Greet members in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of fine wines preferred
- Thorough knowledge of traditional cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management
- Complete assigned side work prior to starting or ending a shift
- Other duties as assigned to ensure a positive dining experience
