Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must have or be able to acquire a State of Utah food handler's certification within two weeks of employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willingness to work at any food and beverage outlet when required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Two years of previous supervisory experience in a banquet or catering environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-first attitude
  • Familiarity with food handler certification and alcohol server training requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet members in a friendly and professional manner
  • Knowledge of fine wines preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of traditional cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be willing/able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Work independently and collaboratively, be punctual and well groomed
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work practices to management
  • Complete assigned side work prior to starting or ending a shift
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure a positive dining experience
