Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Must have or be willing to obtain required alcohol service certification
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Previous bartending or banquet service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and responsible beverage service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Must have or be willing to obtain required alcohol service certification
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with event specifications and company standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area throughout the event
  • Follow all state and local alcohol service laws, including checking guest identification and practicing responsible service
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely when required
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down bar stations before and after events
  • Monitor guest behavior and manage alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
  • Work collaboratively with banquet staff, event coordinators, and management to ensure smooth event operations
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
