Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
- ability to work Tuesday through Sunday including daytime and evening shifts
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to handle the demands of the job
- positive attitude and team player mindset
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- working knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
- ability to demonstrate the preparation of mixed alcoholic beverages, beer and wine
- basic understanding of food service
- excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
- previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time
Job Duties
- prepare mixed alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine for members and guests during club events and private banquets
- anticipate member and guest needs and provide excellent customer service
- ensure that requests are addressed promptly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during events
- collaborate with banquet and catering staff to ensure smooth event operations
- comply with all club policies and alcohol service regulations
- assist in inventory control and restocking supplies as needed
