Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
  • ability to work Tuesday through Sunday including daytime and evening shifts
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • physical ability to handle the demands of the job
  • positive attitude and team player mindset
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • working knowledge of beer, wine and spirits
  • ability to demonstrate the preparation of mixed alcoholic beverages, beer and wine
  • basic understanding of food service
  • excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
  • previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • ability to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • prepare mixed alcoholic beverages, beer, and wine for members and guests during club events and private banquets
  • anticipate member and guest needs and provide excellent customer service
  • ensure that requests are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area during events
  • collaborate with banquet and catering staff to ensure smooth event operations
  • comply with all club policies and alcohol service regulations
  • assist in inventory control and restocking supplies as needed
